Since 1962, Hinkle Manufacturing has provided custom-designed packaging solutions, with a focus in the automotive market. Bob Hinkle, the founder of Hinkle Manufacturing, began his business venture with an investment of $1,200 in fabricating equipment. Bob set out to solve unique packaging problems that were not being met by corrugated boxes. The expendable packaging business began with the development of build-up and notched blocks to support automotive glass, bumpers and batteries. As the automotive industry continued to grow, so did the need for returnable and recyclable packaging. Hinkle began to implement plastic corrugated—better known as PCORR—into their packs.
In 1984, Hinkle Manufacturing moved to it's current location in Perrysburg, Ohio - a 90,000 sq. ft. fabrication and warehousing facility. To support continued business growth in 2013, Hinkle expanded with the purchase of another warehouse down the street, almost tripling their floor space. Since starting in 1962, the Hinkle family has grown to include CoolSeal USA and Hinkle North. Today, Hinkle is one of the industry's largest, most experienced, and most capable sources for custom interior dunnage and return transit packaging systems.
CoolSeal USA delivers innovative packaging for any product shipped in a cold chain or requiring a fiber-free environment. These markets include seafood, meat and poultry, agricultural, and pharmaceuticals. These PCORR boxes come in many different designs; the leading shipping box designs are leak-proof and 4-corner glued.
CoolSeal’s lightweight boxes are 100% recyclable and environmentally friendly. Compared to the molded EPS containers, these PCORR boxes have an easy-to-erect design that ships flat; they have a similar internal volume as molded EPS containers but with much smaller outer dimensions.

RRP started operations in 1989 as a molder of products for Automotive Material Handling applications. In 2006, after about nine years of custom molding we decided to focus on the Contract Packaging business and transition away from the custom molding business.
RRP specializes in packaging distribution-ready products for automotive, industrial, and consumer products sectors. They perform manual and automated assembly operations. These process offerings allow customers to save inventory costs by reducing the number of SKU’s required to be on hand at any given time.
